People come from all over the state come out to learn more about bald eagles, up close and personal, with educational presentations. They are able to view live eagles in the wild from a variety of vantage points to choose from. Many also enjoy participating in the photo contest or coloring contest. Because of the generous donation of time and resources by local volunteers at Lake of the Ozarks along with the small business community at Lake of the Ozarks , this event remains free to the public! If the idea being close to a bald eagle or seeing one in the wild is exciting to you, you shouldn’t pass this one up. To see all the details and event schedules, keep reading this blog.
